Installed on the outside of the wire, cable and hydraulic hose, to enhance the internal product wear, antistatic properties,protect internal products in a variety of environment
there are two kinds of machine to produce the cable sleeve:
1. type A :
rotary mandrels produce. this machine consist of : extruder , forming table, rotary mandrel mold , haul off unit , winding barrels. each diameter hose need one set of rotary mandrel mold.

2. type B :
straight pipe cutting into spirals . this machine consist of : straight pipe extrusion line , spiral cutter .
cutter can cutting the pipe to be spiral on line when pipe was produced:
special designed blade can cut the pipe from 2mm to 150mm diameter.
