Application:

This production line is used to make mosaic column emitter type drip irrigation pipe. The mosaic column emitter type drip irrigation pipe is widely used in water-saving irrigation fields such as greenhouse, farmland planting and greening project etc.

column emitter type drip irrigation pipe characteristics:

1) The distance between emitters can be adjusted according to demands of different crops, it can be adjusted to same distance as well as regular pattern of Long-Short-Long-Short.

2)     The emitter adopts unique design of circular arc flow path and has the characteristics of complete turbulent fluid, automatic washing and strong antiblocking.

3)     The paving length is long and can reach 100 meters.

4)     The mosaic column emitter type drip irrigation pipe can be used in plains as well in hills and slopping fields.

5)     One emitter has two outlets, which anti-blocking capability is strong.

6)     The pipe wall thickness can reach to 1.2 millimeter and has long service life.

Production line characteristics: 

1) It adopts computer system control and touch screen operation, having the characteristics of stable production process, easy operation and high efficient and energy saving.

2) Emitter feeding, choosing and ordering, transferring and inserting, pipe extruding, hole drilling and rolling can be finished synchronously, which has high automation degree.

3) The screw bolt of extruder and barrel are made of top-quality 38CrMoAlA nitriding steel, which surface hardness can reach HV850-1000 after processing by ionitriding. The screw bolt adopts optimal design with mixing head in same distance and different depth, the extruded materials are plasticized evenly and pipe surface is smooth.

4) The extruding mold and forming and cooling device are made from special material, having the characteristics of unique structure and stable fixed diameter.

5) The tractor adopts frequency-variable control and can fit for the speed demands of different technological skill. It adjusts the pressure force of caterpillar band automatically by up and down air cylinder, the surface of caterpillar band has rubber protective layer which prevents drip irrigation pipe from clamping and distorting by tractor effectively.

6) The hole driller adopts mechanical method drilling and is equipped with residue recycling system. It has the characteristics of high speed hole-drilling, no residue left and stable operation.

7) The line adopts double-station rolling machine, so it has the functions of changing roll without stopping machine. Wiring space, rolling tension and rolling length can be adjusted according to actual needs.    

 

 Advantages of our machine:

  1. dripper selectionn system

The device adopts a track type belt conveyor, supplemented by airflow blowing, which increases the friction force on the dropper and makes the dropper conveyor fast and stable. The embedding adopts a variable speed push rod conveying method, with PLC control of the push rod action, ensuring the accuracy of the distance between the drip heads at different line speeds. When the drip heads continuously pass through the head body, they are fully preheated, making the drip heads firmly bonded to the pipe wall.

2. Die head /forming system 

The machine head is a spiral cross centering right angle machine head, with a narrow head and a simple and exquisite structure. When changing specifications, only the mold core rod is changed, and the pipe wall deviation is easy to adjust. The dropper is fully preheated when passing through the hollow of the machine head.
Forming and sizing
Changing the die and core rod of the machine head can meet the production of different specifications of drip irrigation pipes ranging from Ø 16 to Ø 25
The water sealed vacuum sizing structure ensures the stability of the vacuum while also ensuring the accuracy of the pipe diameter. The transition between the dropper and the plastic tube is uniform, resulting in a beautiful appearance of the product.
The cooling water tank is 4m long, and all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel material, ensuring no water pollution during operation.
The water circulation system adopts a fully enclosed design, with drip irrigation pipes guided by guide wheels and adjustable in height during operation. The pipes are fully cooled by immersion in water. The tail of the sink is equipped with a high-pressure air drying device, which automatically dries the pipe wall and facilitates product packaging.

3. Hole drilling system

This device adopts a PCL servo precision drilling device, which greatly improves the drilling speed and quality, ensuring that the hole is drilled between the drip head and the water outlet ring, guaranteeing the drilling accuracy, meeting the requirements of instantaneous drilling, and ensuring the shape and smoothness of the hole.
The tool replacement is convenient and the price is cheap.
The drilling depth can be adjusted.
The punching speed can reach 150 pieces per minute.

 

Electric controling system

The power control cabinet is designed with energy-saving as the concept and prioritizes the use of variable frequency technology. The speed control accuracy reaches 1/100. The temperature control adopts fuzzy control theory to control the temperature fluctuation within ± 0.5 ℃.

The use of high-performance PLC combined with touchable human-machine interface enables the entire production line to achieve high automation, high safety factor, and convenient human-machine communication.
The system consists of the following components:
——The central controller is composed of large-scale PLC programmable controllers. The central controller is used to monitor the operating status in production, coordinate the actions of various departments, input and execute instructions, monitor the parts where faults occur in production, and issue alarms.
——The input sensors have abandoned traditional mechanical switches and instead opted for highly sensitive and high-resolution electronic sensors.
——The output part prioritizes the use of contactless actuators to ensure reliable operation of the equipment, greatly reducing the failure rate and effectively controlling the heating phenomenon of high-power actuators.
——The friendly human-machine interface - the selection of a touch screen facilitates the input and modification of commands. Realize complete machine synchronization.
