1. GENERAL INTRODUCTION OF WPC

WPC profile and board  are extruded by mixing low-cost plant fiber (wood chip, cotton haulm, corn haulm, wheat shell, bulrush ,etc.) and PE PVC  compounding material.  Wood plastic products has been enjoyed wide spread use all over the world.

Advantages:  Environmental , safety , low cost , strong and light weight, anti-burning , anti-corrosion , anti-insect and can be installed same as wood . no smell , no position , no dust . no shape changing . can use beside water pool, river.  It has all the advantages of wood and plastic characters .

Usage :

1) Storage industry: Packing case, tray, etc.

2) Automobile industry: Door panel, rack, and ceiling material, etc.

3) Agriculture: Greenhouse frame and trough, etc.

4) Transportation: Fences on expressway and railway, isolated panels, rail crosstie, etc.

5) Building industry: Door panel, window profile, building template, portable building, stair handrail, finish material and floor material, etc.

6) Urban scenery: Pavilion, bench, flower box and deck floor, etc.

2.WPC(PE+ wood) and (PVC+ wood) processing procedure

WPC profile include two kinds of material :   one is PE + wood (or other natural fiber)  another is PVC+ wood(or other natural fiber).   PE + wood need first make the mixed material into granule,  but PVC+ wood  can use to produce products directly by using the compounding of wood and PVC powder.
